Additional Tournament Information

Location: Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School  6380 Mill Rd. Broadview Heights, OH

Tournament Date: February 1, 2026

All registrations are conducted online at register.ohioathletics.com. No walk-in Registrations.

Registration closes 2 days before the tournament at 7pm or; when the overall tournament capacity is met

Registration fee (No Refunds or Transfers)

Early Entry Discount: $45 if registered up until 2 weeks before the tournament start time. Registration is $55 anytime after early registration. Wrestlers may change their weight/district up until registration closing if spots are available.

All wrestlers are required to upload a headshot picture ID to their account, print it, and bring it with them.

Weigh-In Dates and Times:

All Skin-Checks & Weigh-Ins (Sat. & Sun.) will be conducted in the auxiliary gym at far right of building as you are facing it. 

Night beforeTournament: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (All Divisions may weigh in).  On Saturday evening only, enter thru doors at far right as you face the building. 

Day of Tournament, 7:00 AM – 7:45 AM (All wrestlers who have not yet weighed in, may weigh in).  Enter thru main entrance at middle of building.

Day of Tournament 2^nd Session Weigh-in time 12:00pm-12:30pm

Two Wrestling Sessions:

Session #1:9am Weight Classes:  74-114 lbs.        

Session #2 Weight Classes: 120-249.lbs. Approx 1:30pm

District weigh in are scratch weights

District Weight Classes

74, 78, 84, 90, 96, 102, 108, 114, 120, 126, 132, 138, 146, 154, 164, 176, 209, 249

Each wrestler may have one season of District/State competition while attending school as a 6th, 7th and 8th grade. No athlete is eligible for 2026 State if they turn 15 prior to Aug. 1 2025.

District Weigh-In = Scratch Weight (Example 90.0 lbs)

State Weigh-In = Scratch +2 lbs. (92.0 lbs)

State Weigh-Out = Scratch +3 lbs (93.0 lbs) 

Awards: The top 6 in each weight class receive medals

Admission: $10 Adult / Children ages 5 and under free

Coach Band: $10 (does not include admission)
